Fede Swett – Cinematographer, Filmmaker & Creative Producer
Federico Andre Swett Larrea, professionally known as Fede Swett, was born on September 16, 2003. He is an Ecuadorian filmmaker currently pursuing a degree in Film Direction at the Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil. Passionate about visual storytelling and image composition, he has carved a path in the world of cinema with a strong focus on cinematography, directing, producing, and editing.
Fede is the founder and director of HASUKĪ PRODUCTIONS, a production company committed to creating compelling content across short films, music videos, and documentaries. His artistic vision is marked by a cinematic approach that balances technical precision with expressive storytelling, regardless of budget constraints.
He served as Director of Photography for the music video Fifty-one More (Cincuenta y uno más), a vibrant and emotionally charged audiovisual piece. He also took on the role of Producer for the short documentary Staining the City (Manchando la Ciudad), exploring urban identity and visual culture. Fede’s versatility is further showcased through his work as Director of Photography and Editor of the short film Locked (Encerrado), and as Director of Photography in Dark Corner (Rincon Oscuro), both of which highlight his technical skill and narrative sensibility.
Beyond individual projects, Fede has collaborated in a range of creative roles—such as screenwriter, assistant director, and actor of voice—in numerous university and independent productions.
