Alex heads to the Kent coast to help a seaside B&B battling against a tide of competition and no bookings. Westbrook Lodge is an 11-bedroom guesthouse in up-and-coming Margate, run by husband-and-wife team Tracy and Colin. After sinking nearly £200,000 of their life savings into the venture - despite not owning the building - they're simply not getting enough heads on beds to stay afloat.
